Accountability is a Must
What we and other NIVA victims demand:
1) A change of identity back to our former identity.
2) Legal representation to have custody issues settled legally
for my Father and my Mom to be able to continue with court
procedures, without the threat of losing me to Children Services
because of the government proclaiming that my Father is “too
dangerous” to take to court. My Father, my Mom and I deserve our
day in Court.
3) A Public Inquiry to address irregularities in the NIVA
process, along with an independent and confidential audit and
investigation of cases of women who have enrolled in NIVA since
its inception. This is to be conducted to determine who have been,
and who have not been, qualified participants of NIVA
4) The Senior Program Officer who forced us to enrol in NIVA
and others connected with our case must be held accountable for
the harm they have caused to me, my Mom, the fathers and their
missing NIVA children and other women who were forced to
enrolled in NIVA.
5) The Fathers (or grandparents) and their children who have
been wrongly separated by NIVA must be reunited.
