Fathers 4 Justice Canada - November 29/08 - Alliston Ontario - Team Members Participate In Santa Parade
November 29/08 - Fathers 4 Justice Canada - Alliston Ontario - It couldn't have been a more perfect day for a Santa Claus Parade.
The parade was in Alliston, Ontario, just south west of Barrie, and it was a lite up night for the town, starting with the Rotary Parade.

Fathers 4 Justice Canada Ontario team members that participated in this years event included Kris Titus as (Ba t Girl), Paulette
MacDonald as (Wonder woman), Ron Sprunt as (Spiderman) and Cookstown Kris as (Iron Man).  Gary walked (ran) the route as a F4J
spokesperson, and Rick Coulter was the Van Chauffer/Elf.  Their efforts on behalf of us all are greatly appreciated.
Much thanks also to Cornerstone Communications who came out for the afternoon to do some video tape interviews with our F4J
members. It was a beautiful and sunny 5 degrees while we decorated the F4J Canada Barney Mobile and the float for the Alliston Night Lite
Santa Claus Parade. As the pictures will show, we decorated a small flat bed with Put the Father back in Christmas theme, and it was enjoyed
by all.  The kids just loved screaming out the name of the superheroes, the younger adults understood the message, the police just looked at us
with NO "sugar plums dancing through their heads" but "oh no F4J in our little town" their expressions were priceless.
It was nice to hear from some of the teenage parade participants who agreed with our message and purpose. Our superhero costumes give us
such a unique opportunity to hear the way it should be, from the mouths of babes.
After Spidey helped Santa find his float, we were on our way! As usual, the kids loved us! Gary and Iron Man handed out bucket loads of
freezies along with truth, justice and equality bracelets to the kids in the crowd. Spidey was of course a hit with Iron Man and Wonder Woman
following close behind.  When our Motley Crew was finished we gathered by the warm fire for an awesome home cooked potluck meal and
good conversation. The efforts of all were much appreciated.  Ron and Paulette had their house decorated everywhere with pictures of Hanna
and F4J, Even their tree was decorated.
It was the wee hours of the morning before we said goodnight and Merry Christmas to Alliston Ontario, which is now F4J Country. Thanks to all
the hard work put in by our Everyday Superhero volunteers.
