Rob Robinson - aka - Burnaby Batman - National Action Coordinator - Fathers 4 Justice Canada. I am a man who was deceived in marriage
and in my paternity. In the year 2000 upon entering litigation with conclusive DNA evidence in hand, asking only that the court make an order
acknowledging my paternity and establishing my relationship with my daughter, I was refused. However the supreme court of BC saw it in there
infinite wisdom to order me to pay support for my child that they themselves refused to acknowledge my paternity too. Further more the
biological mother of my child has officially unacknowledged my paternity on my daughter's birth records. I have not seen my daughter in over 7
year now. All compliments of your friendly neighborhood family courts and the BC Legislature.
As such I was lead to take "Action". On May 22/04 I launched the inaugural action of Fathers 4 Justice Canada . An action that saw Batman
perilously perched upon a 100 foot tower crane in Burnaby BC for 18 hours before being encouraged to dismount by senior RCMP officials. I
will continue in my quest on behalf of all families who have experienced the loss of a loved one to the family courts here in Canada. I have risked
my life and my liberty on many occasions in the past 4 years under the Fathers 4 Justice flag and I will continue to do so until such a time as
parental equality is the norm. It is high time for the discrimination of fathers in this country to come to an end.
