My name is Darcy Nogueira better known as the Fathers 4 Justice Canada, Ontario Spiderman. I am 35yrs young and I've been a part of F4J Canada for about 4yrs now but I have been fighting this system for over ten years and I never thought it would be this hard to see your own kids. If I'd of know then what I know now I would have done things differently. Now that I think about it, it makes sense to me. I was meant to be a non-custodial parent to my eldest so that I may know first hand the injustice in the family courts and from that experience be motivated to help bring about change. When this first happened to me my daughter was only 1yrs old and I was 21yrs old. I could not believe that as a decent person with a good background and loving caring family, that I had no rights to my daughter nor did my parents. I was brought up that if you work hard, keep yourself out of trouble, that truth would always win out. Boy was I in for a rude awakening. Fathers 4 Justice has shown me that I'm not alone and I'm not a deadbeat. If your told something enough times you start to believe it, especially if those that treat you like that are the ones that are suppose to be looking after all of us, or so I thought. They showed me the way is to fight back and play their game. People say we hide behind our costumes and that they are childish; to those I say "have you been to family court"? We should all be up in arms about whats going on in our courtrooms. These are our rights and children, if we don't fight for them who will!
